@alectranews This redesign is a complete mess. No communication it was coming, login/password no longer works, 2 factor seems to be gone (security doesn't matter anymore?), and all of the form fields have user hostile validation. This is brutal for user experience.
@cityofmarkham your EZ Reg system seems to get worse with each passing season (site availability and IVR are not built for demand), who is accountable for ensuring this system actually works for taxpayers?
