The rest is a mix of domestic horror and slice of life. I like it when Ben is hopelessly in love but also is very scared of Rey

The idea: Rey killed her abusive boyfriend and not seeing the point in hiding what she’s done just walks into the first coffee shop to call the cops and confess. Ben listens to her and feeling bad for her decides to not call the cops and hide Rey in his apartment instead

20 years too late but it’s nice to know that whatever’s wrong with me isn’t my personal failure, at least partially
