Time is always moving on; nothing can stop it. We can't change the past, but we can learn from it to shape the future. Stress on ‘us’ and ‘them’ is a source of conflict. We neglect basic human qualities of kindness and compassion. Let’s work together to create a happier future.

@LearningForward Q6: #VirtualCoaching This has been the hardest of all! Scheduling daily walks - and setting a timer so we're up and moving every 50mins - that's helped a bunch. Doing chats from my deck, so I'm getting sun and fresh air, and trying really hard to meditate - trying!

@LearningForward A3: Last week I had 14+hr days everyday...this week I'm doing MUCH better and have created a schedule to meet with PLTs and "open office hours" to support teachers/groups in the moment, along with meeting with the students I'm mentoring and teaching.
@LearningForward A2: Understanding the different expectations of learning/teaching between virtual and in class. They are struggling with not having any training or understanding of what this new normal should look like or feel like.
