Our 2nd "Update!" workshop shifted online, helping 18 local Trans folks embark on legal name changes! We're thrilled to be a part of their journey. Shout-out to our partnering attorney @GinnyMikita for her tireless advocacy.

In our first year of the Update! Document Change Program we were able to walk 16 Trans people through updating their names on legal documents, awarding $1000 in micro-grants to pay for the process.

Today's #TransIcon is Grace Banu, an Indian Trans woman who overcame so much adversity to claim her education and career in engineering. Grace was the first Trans person in her home state of Tamil Nadu to be accepted into college.
