1) I will change the world by trying to create awareness of the inequality within the healthcare industry. I think that people of color are medically treated differently In healthcare and this problem needs to be changed.
I will utilize leadership skills along with open mindedness and dialectical thinking. I will use leadership to help me get people to join the movement and I will use open mindedness and dialectical thinking to come up with new and different ideas to help find a solution.
I think some obstacles I may face is people of color do not trust hospitals and nurses due to the mistreatment they have dealt with in the past. I would have to deal with people who have an unconscious bias and don’t realize that they are racially biased.

1) tolerating differences is just living with someone’s differences and not letting it affect you but celebrating differences is benign there for someone and proud of someone because of their differences.
3) I disagree with this statement because I believe that wealthy people and countries can share their wealth and continue to still be wealthy themselves. I think if they distribute resources in an organized way no ones life boat would sink.

1. The problem that is addressed in this article was that lower income kids could not afford to go to college. This problem was created by increasing rates for colleges and aid being granted more towards merit than need based.

@omsiraco I agree with this standpoint that there is not just one set solution to being guilty. There are a lot of different things that need to be looked at when evaluating a crime.There’s not just guilty or not guilty.Someone may be guilty but have their reasons for committing the crime.
1) Dialectical thinking is the ability to look at issues from multiple perspectives. It is the ability to take two sides of a problem and create a solution where those two sides can coexist together. It allows you to arrive at a reasonable solution between contradicting problems.
