@8ntmuch Hi Garrick! I got a few miles in this afternoon. The weather is beautiful, and I'm feeling great. Thanks for inspiring us to get out there and keep moving! ☺️🏃♀️
@CardPurchaser I think this picture is cool. I love the American flag in the background! It makes Kapler's play and the whole photo feel so iconic, just classic American baseball. 🇺🇸⚾
@Donald_G_Redman Beautiful picture, Don! I think of your book and the example of Travis and Eli's father, and how Angus and Debbie remembered him as a happy, kind, and loving man who loved his children. A father's example of character and love is so important. 🙂
@SarahLynneCR Me too, Sarah. I'm praying! The Bible tells us "that supplications, prayers, intercessions and giving of thanks be made for all men." 1 Tim. 2:1. That includes those who curse this country and reject the true God. I'm praying that they'll come to know Christ before it's too late.
@CharleySeymour6 70 miles! That's impressive, Charley! Especially in the Arizona heat, that's remarkable. I remember running there in the summer, and by 7–8 a.m., it already felt pretty toasty! Congratulations!
@LetsGoKayaking She's beautiful, PH! 🤗 I really like how you captured her walking in the distance. It seems so reflective. The footprints made me think of the poem "Footprints" and how God carries us through the hardest moments. 🙂
@crimsonit I enjoy listening to Lizzy. After taking a break from Instagram, I found her channel and her content is very informative and relevant. Her perspective on Islam is thought-provoking. Author Dave Hunt once wrote, "Islam is fighting a holy war for control of the world."
@LetsGoKayaking PH, this moment is beautiful! I also think silhouettes are so interesting; the simplicity creates a sense of mystery. Derek Kidner wrote, "The best of God's blessings is a good wife." ☺️
"He who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the LORD." Proverbs 18:22
@LetsGoKayaking PH, this is a cool picture! You're great at photographing birds and catching fun moments. I immediately thought of the seagulls in Finding Nemo yelling "Mine!" over and over as they crowd around the food. 😆
@SouthJerzGiants I agree; Peter, Gabe, the players, and the entire organization have done a fantastic job. Peter may be the more visible of the two, but Gabe has played a huge role too. I remember Peter saying Gabe's experience and perspective complement his own really well.
@Donald_G_Redman Don, since today is Sunday Yellow, my contribution comes with a splash of yellow. Apparently, some people will still try to negotiate even when the price is already perfectly fair. This little sign at my dentist's office made me laugh! 😄
@cardtrader86525 That must have been an incredible experience! I bet the view was amazing. Like Ellie from the movie Up says, "Adventure is out there!" 😄
@gabe_kapler1 I prefer Gabe in moments like this, engaged with young players, talking with coaches, and giving his time to something worthwhile. It seems pretty clear that he enjoys connecting with the next generation. Gabe can be a good mentor. ☺️
@cardtrader86525 Your comments are so fun! I do have a reputation to uphold; the Kapler archives don't build themselves! 😂
I find it interesting he never became a Dodger. Born in LA, served as their Director of Player Development, and even considered for manager. Baseball is funny like that. 😄
@Mitchk4Hobby Good morning, Mitch! I agree with you. Each one brings something electric to the game, and it's amazing seeing all those names together. Mike Trout has that effortless, regal greatness. He's my favorite!
@KeenyaBranch Kenya, I keep coming back to this comment because that's exactly what Jerry West said: "He was the only player the rules of the game were changed for. His dominance of his sport was overwhelming." In other words, he forced the sport to adapt to him. Wow! 🤯
@Gelsomina_2025 Gelsomina, I think it's wonderful that you're being appreciated as an educator with this thoughtful gesture. The work you do matters, and it's so nice to see you being recognized for it. I'm happy for you! 😊
