None of us have been in the house today. No lights on, no appliances etc. just the fridge. Apparently we have used just over £4 of electricity today. How? A few weeks ago, if we weren’t in, that figure would’ve been 25-75p(ish). Absolute madness. Daylight robbery.

Yesterday a distraught elderly lady could not get a ticket for the car park, because you had to do it by phone - she didn’t have a phone, I did it on my phone for her then had to verify it with bank all for £1-40 - ageism is getting worse-
