My mom spent her career driving around NE Iowa as an AEA physical therapist. When one of her kids hit a milestone after months or years of work, she was as proud of her kids as she was of me or my sister. This piece from Teri Hockenson is worth a read:

I'm going to go on a tiny rant here.

Parker Keckeisen is an extremely talented wrestler. He deserves the same treatment in the college wrestling conversation the same way we talk about other top wrestlers in this country. He is not appreciated enough IMO. I don't understand how he isn't talked about more!

He is a 4x Big 12 Champion (can still get a fifth), and he has finished in the top 3 at all national championships he's competed in! He's literally 26-0 this season.

No shade at Plott at all but I saw OSU fans on my feed legitimately talking about how they could take the team title from ISU because they felt solid that Plott could take out Keckeisen... That's absolutely insane to think lmao when I see Keckeisen's name on paper I think of him in the same light as I do when I see David Carr's name on paper. It was guaranteed in my brain that Keck was taking the title at 184 pounds.

It's time ya'll put way more respect on this man's name.

I graduated from a small town in Southern Iowa. Join me in advocating to Governor Reynolds and legislators that AEAs are needed for ALL kids in ALL schools. No changes needed! @KimReynoldsIA
