@josh_paul12 @NFL @Browns From what I've read, there was not enough evidence. However, no criminal charge doesn't mean "not guilty." I'm also aware an accusation doesn't mean he is guilty, but there are still civil suits pending. And his reaching out for personal massages via Insta feels gross.
