The beauty of Edgerunners and art in general is that you can get a glimpse into the inner workings of a person’s brain simply based off how they view art in correspondence to you. There’s often dichotomy between our perspective and someone else’s even if we both think similarly on a basic level. That’s so enrapturing to me. It then begs the question of specifically why someone’s view of art defers from your own. I think it also shows the beauty in art and how it’s truly meant to unite us together if even at the simplest level. Regardless of artistic portrayal.

Edgerunners has created a lot of discourse. Some good and some bad but in these conversations I believe we can learn a lot about one another and oddly enough grow from it on a deeper aspect than what some may think. Sometime’s it’s deeper than animated drawings on a screen. Sometimes it reveals a glimpse into the human heart. #Edgerunners2

He won’t let anyone adapt it because by his words he thinks it’s impossible to replicate on tv. Saw reports earlier this year that the studio who did arcane reached out to him to animate Vagabond and he told them no. He’s said that once he finishes his manga Real he’ll return back to complete Vagabond but who knows with Inoue. Idk what’s going on in his head

I definitely agree the sites are useful. I’ve just never used it I just toss anime I wanna watch and anime I’ve watched in my brain and I’m reminded I watched them randomly. And the anime I really really love just stay at the front while ones I enjoyed or found lackluster get tucked away somewhere lol

Second time it’s come up so I figured I’d tweet about it but is it weird that I’ve never used IMDB/MAL/Anilist? I’ve never been on any of the sites and I really don’t care about ratings for anything I watch. I just watch what I like and keep it pushing honestly.

The concept of trying to prove a "pedophilic action" is being downplayed in fiction WHILE actively choosing to ignore a real life predator AT THE SAME TIME is something I never thought I'd witness under my very own post.
