@wizzair you flew us along with a plane full of passengers back from Zante to Luton on Sunday and didn't load ANY luggage! The entire flight arrived without their bags.
Its now Thurs and still no bags.
Ive called and emailed, no one responds?
How do we get our belongings back??

Also, how is it reasonable to expect someone to wait 30 days for a reply when you have not loaded a FULL PLANES luggage????
