A federal judge has ordered the Trump administration to stop White House ballroom construction unless Congress OKs it.
The judge noted POTUS is "the steward of the White House for future generations of First Families. He is not, however, the owner!"

karp’s thesis is narrower than it sounds. the advantage is not the wiring. it’s the decade of forced improvisation. people who spent their whole lives building cognitive workarounds are already expert at optimizing how they interact with systems. AI amplifies that meta-skill. everyone else is just discovering it now.
I turned a Zillow listing into a cinematic property renovation video for $15 (no camera, no drone, no film crew)
Just listing photos + Calico AI.
The average agent pays $100-$500 per property for videos like this. Sell this output to realtors and agents and make $$$.
Here's how the system works:
→ Pull listing photos from any property (Zillow, Redfin, wherever)
→ Lock in a consistent renovation style for the entire property
→ Generate photorealistic renovated images
→ Animate each room transformation
→ Create a cinematic closing shot featuring the realtor's contact info
→ Generate a custom music track
→ Edit everything together
The result: a scroll-stopping property video that makes buyers reach out — built from photos that were already sitting on the listing.
No videographer.
No staging budget.
No waiting for golden hour.
RT & Comment "RENOVATE" and I'll send you the full workflow + all the prompts + a step-by-step video showing how to do this (must be following so I can DM you!).
THE CITY OF LA HAS A COMPANY CREDIT CARD?! 🤔
Sort of... we call it the Purchasing Card or P-Card! It's the City's credit card & YOU ALL, as taxpayers, pay the City's credit bills! 💳

Based on recent US import data:
- Kitchen cabinets (50% tariff): Vietnam, China, Malaysia
- Bathroom vanities (50% tariff): Vietnam, China, Indonesia
- Upholstered furniture (30% tariff): China, Vietnam, Poland
These are the top exporters, so likely most impacted by the tariffs starting Oct 1, 2025.

In truth, the Trump admin has not demonstrated any seriousness about addressing the illegal migrant problem since his focus is deportation theater rather than a serious full spectrum crackdown on companies and their execs that hire illegal labor at scale.
Los Angeles: don’t take Trump’s bait.
Trump wants chaos and he’s instigated violence. Those who assault law enforcement or cause property damage will risk arrest.
Stay peaceful. Stay focused. Don’t give him the excuse he’s looking for.
There is no emergency, widespread threat, or out of control violence in Los Angeles. And absolutely no danger that justifies deployment of the National Guard, military, or other federal force to the streets of this or any other Southern California City. Local law enforcement is capable of handling the situation and should arrest anyone causing violence in the streets.
We must call for calm in the streets, and deployment of the National Guard may prompt just the opposite.
