Happy Birthday, Hannah Arendt!
Arendt saw the worst her century had to offer and her question was: How can we love the world?
Her work is a reminder that "We are free to change the world and start something new in it."
@drantbradley My husband used to be a Christian music blogger several years ago and received a submission from her of Christian dance music + music video. We talk about it all the time because it was hilariously modest-sexy. I think she was an aspiring actor turned "apostle."
@suzania Slap that baby make him freeeeee. Omg so many flashbacks to being a middle schooler being confused at all the feelings I felt watching this movie
@suzania find what makes you love being in your space and feature those things/uses. Love reading? Make a reading nook. Potlucks? Center the table. Also, decluttering and simplifying so that you’re spending more time living than caring for things
Tim Keller was the first preacher I heard in my life who encouraged me to love God with all my heart, all my soul, and all my mind, all at the same time. I can’t wait to meet him.
@truzzi Is it outside? It’s in the summer right? If it’s not too formal suspenders or vests with dark colored trousers! Another way to save money is to go mismatched
@owenbroadcast Same, but not as magical as this guy. I got glasses at 12, and before that, I just thought that I needed to squint to see the board. I told the teachers I learn best when I sit close to the board.
