This pandemic and the killing of #GeorgeFloyd make painfully clear the reality of deep racial inequality. I've experienced it in my own life. I believe change is possible and I'm so inspired by the millions of peaceful protesters calling for change. America must do better.
I'm both an external and internal processor so journaling has been one of my main methods of processing situations and talking myself through things. It also helps me check in on how I'm speaking to and about myself. Does anyone else have any other methods of mental processing?
