8. Selflessness is key. The world lacks real LEADERS because many are too conscious of themselves, full of their interests. #leadnuggets

7. And that is true LEADERSHIP- sacrifice. He cannot be too conscious himself, staying away from stress, when needs are there. #leadnuggets

6. By "need' I mean not his, but that of those around him. He must not be self-centred, but fully committed to others around. #leadnuggets

5. He must be eagle-eyed, poised to spot any need, and move in to take responsibility. He must be need-focused and conscious. #leadnuggets

4. They say LEADERSHIP is first seeing the need and then feeling the need, and I found it right. The LEADER must be sensitive. #leadnuggets

3. Taking responsibility is key to solving problems. If the ONE that ought to be responsible is not, LEADERSHIP cannot begin. #leadnuggets

2. And if that "ONE" is timid and does not take the initiative, the fate of a whole generation and the next might be at stake. #leadnuggets
