Today’s Food with Friends session was all about getting to know our spices! 🌶️ We learned some quick recipes using minimal ingredients, which we can use in lots of ways 👏🏼 We made:

20 years ago, when I was 12, my parents gave up all job security to build their own company, Mirata Ltd, from a tiny office in the cupboard under the stairs. 🧵

@MartinSLewis @bbc5live We go meat free some of the week, veggie curry is the most popular choice, even for my 3yo. Use up past its best veg, slow softened onion, curry powder, chickpeas & coconut milk. Top with yellow sticker coriander! Add more spices like fenugreek/garam masala or keep it basic 👍🏼
