@eircare@tales_lens Unfortunately, this standard response from Eir is a complete waste of time, as I have discovered. They direct you to DM and ask for all your information only to inform you that you must ring support as there's NOTHING the Twitter staff can do to help.
@asda Cauliflower weighed 1053gms until the leaves were stripped. ACTUAL cauliflower = 226gms! Not even enough for 1 person. That's a very small orange in the picture.
@AsdaServiceTeam Thank you for refunding the .82 spent on my click and collect. It was, however, cold comfort for missing cauliflower cheeses for Sunday lunch at the last minute. Asda 'Growers' need to be more 'selective'. Or maybe just allow the caulis to 'grow' bigger than a tennis ball!

@eircare My broadband contract FTTH is eir Broadband Talk Mobile World but I'm being charged for UK mobile calls, which are supposed to be included. I have not exceeded the minutes allowed for either a day or for the month. My latest bill is charging me for one call of 6 minutes.
@VodafoneIreland What has happened to the address book/contacts list in Webtext? Why do we have to type in the phone number every time now? Very inconvenient.
@eircare No resolution via Twitter on this overcharging issue. Luckily, I had referred it on and I will be getting a refund, confirmed by Eir reps on another forum. Just goes to show, keep on trying and contacting Eir everywhere if you have a problem.
@eircare I've been charged an installation fee after renewing my FTTH contract with Eir for another 12 months from December 2018. I already had FTTH with Eir since December 2017. I have emailed, messaged via Boards and tried ringing. No joy. How do I get this charge refunded?
@eircare I've received a DM response. Unfortunately, it doesn't answer my question. I've been charged a β¬99 connection fee for RENEWING my FTTH contract with Eir. There was no change of name, no break in service and I was assured it would not be charged when I renewed.
