Sometimes you have to take shortcuts but it does become a problem when it becomes a regular practice - puts the site at risk.

I'd be curious to see how Type-A housewives with kids would handle quarterly project planning. I think they would kick ass and do it in half the time organizations do it because they practice all the necessary skills on a regular basis.
