A preschooler kept referring to shoulder handles and I discovered she was talking about tank top straps

a preschooler told me that London bridge is falling down is a scary song.. she thought it was "all the bridges falling down"

"when I drink water fountain water it mixes with my boogers to make sweet boogers" -3 year old who says she doesn't eat her boogers but .. common

I had a dream that one of my preschoolers was hiding gnocchi in his fists all day and when he nibbled on it I told him to put it in his cubbie but his cheeks were full and he spit it on my pants instead

I had a dream that cheese sticks were called cheese strips and chicken strips were called chicken sticks. Now that I think about it, it isn't that weird. but in the moment, it shook me.
