The guidance makes the standard clear: Residents have the right to vote—and the right to decline. Any assistance must respect their choices, independence and legal rights.

Facilities are encouraged to use bipartisan election workers where state law allows, reducing reliance on facility staff and the risk of undue influence.

These protections are necessary because exploitation is not hypothetical. It has happened.

Protect the right to vote.
Protect the right not to vote.
Protect vulnerable citizens from becoming tools for someone else’s political agenda.

Supervisor Chase Guello checked the skid plate on the Komatsu. A tiny kitten tumbled out.

🚨WHAT ON EARTH?!!

The TEACHER OF THE YEAR in Nashville TM just walked away from her career B says the district ORDERED HER TO FABRICATE GRADES.

She refused. So they went into the system and CHANGED IT THEMSELVES.

According to the teacher, a student didn’t finish a project. Hardcastle (the teacher) gave the grade the student earned.

Then a parent came in and SAT IN THE OFFICE FOR HOURS until that grade changed.

Three administrators huddled up and decided the AWARD-WINNING TEACHER was the problem.

She still refused to change the grade.

So they overrode her and changed it ANYWAY.

She quit in May and put all of it in a three-page resignation letter. It’s public. Read it yourself. She calls it GRADE FABRICATION.

And then she stood up in front of the school board and said the quiet part into a microphone: “Statistics are being skewed to protect the district, not our children.”

Our kids can’t read. Can’t write. Can’t do basic math. But the DASHBOARD LOOKS GREAT.

AND SHE IS NOT THE ONLY ONE.

WSMV4 Investigates pulled the internal emails of Diana Wills, a math teacher at Overton High.

Administrators told her she had to hand failing students a D — over a PAPERWORK TECHNICALITY about parent notification. One kid was told again and again to make up his exams and never bothered. She was on medical leave for most of that semester.

She put her refusal in writing: “What is being done is unethical and could very well be interpreted as illegal.”

THE DISTRICT SUSPENDED HER.

She’s suing them right now.

At MNPS, when a teacher and an administrator disagree about a grade, THE ADMINISTRATOR WINS.

Not the person who taught the class. Not the person who graded the work.

They go around the neighborhood with absentee ballot applications and have people sign them. Then they have some candidate drop them all off at City Hall.

PICK A CRIME: That's the choice Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson handed my client, a township clerk.

A new state rule Benson made orders my client to DELETE the electronic poll book records of the August 4 primary within 7 days of certification. What’s the problem? Federal law orders her to KEEP those same records for 22 months, into 2028.

Delete them? Face up to 1 year of imprisonment under federal law. Refuse? Up to 90 days imprisonment under Michigan law. Every path carries a penalty aimed at my client personally. For trying to follow the law.

My client wrote Jocelyn Benson and the Director of Elections on July 6 and asked one question: how do I obey both? Thirty-seven days. NO ANSWER.

So we asked a judge, while the records still exist. No more waiting around. Declare which law controls. Preserve the voting records.

And the part that should get your attention: the same rule governs the NOVEMBER election.
