redownloaded the app for this… @AmericanAir this is the LAST time I will be flying with you. First kept us trapped on a 95 degree plane for 1.5+ hours with no explanation, which then caused us to miss our connection & book TWO more connecting flights which are now delayed. AWFUL

@AmericanAir opportunity has been given time and time again to prove yourselves otherwise and you have proven that you are, in fact, not a quality airline that cares about their customers. only recommendation i will be giving anyone about you is to STAY AWAY!

@AmericanAir THERES MORE! after delaying our connecting flight over THREE HOURS, boarding us on the plane at 1am, sat us down and told us to immediately deboard… we have now missed 3+ flights, an entire day of travel at our destination, with zero explanation or credits for ruining our trip

The current delay has pushed us back 2 more hours due to “mechanical issues”so we no longer have a plane but we are told our “new plane” (that doesn’t yet exist) will be boarded at a different terminal. so not only have you delayed us 2 hours but have caused us to switch terminal
