OK, confirmed that #BryanKohberger offered No Alibi, but his Defense did say:

"Mr. Kohberger's defense team continues investigating and preparing his case. Evidence
corroborating Mr. Kohberger being at a location other than the King Road address will be
disclosed pursuant to discovery and evidentiary rules as well as statutory requirements."

Wow, BK's defense team is doubling down!

The Defense says they have information that BK was someplace other than King Road during the murders. Well, where was he? If I were BK, I would be shouting from the roof tops that I was (wherever he is saying he was) and not at King Road.

I wouldn't want to spend another minute behind bars.

This seems like some sort of bad novel with an unbelievable plot twist.

They must have something up their sleeves but not something that they want to use to help bail out their client out now...
