#bettergym just explained to me that I can not use my full membership to swim with my children (family fun swim), I have to pay again. I asked to see the t&c’s told they don’t cover this. Manager refused to speak to me.

@IslingtonBC @Stroudgreenguy @Flo_williamson @JoyOfPedals @islingtongztte Just to mention that as we were walking by at 4:30/5 they were using a jack hammer and a small bit of rubble flew up and hit my toddler on his leg. He was standing on a buggy board. They did shout to stop using the jack hammer when they realised.
