Israel's military has demolished a Palestinian home in the occupied West Bank, days after a lawyer confirmed it was protected by a court order.
Al Jazeera’s @leilashww was there as two families, including eight children, were made homeless.
Ismail Shaffi, who attended the Tablighi Jamaat Ijtema (gathering) in Suffolk over the weekend, shares his experience following the alleged far-right plot to target the event.
Twelve people were arrested in connection with the plot and the event, which was attended by tens of thousands of Muslims, was forced to finish early.
In the lead-up to the gathering, incendiary videos circulated on social media spreading lies about the event, while far-right activists infiltrated the gathering and falsely claimed it was an “Islamic takeover” linked to “terrorism”.
Multiple attendees have told 5Pillars that the gathering focused solely on strengthening faith and propagating the message of Islam to the wider community.
Just this week, Tommy Robinson shared a video of a Muslim woman rescuing a seagull but falsely claimed she was killing it. He also shared another video of a Brown Scottish man sitting in a park while his children were playing and called him an “invader”, and falsely accused him of filming other children.
A Muslim kiosk worker remains in critical condition after being stabbed in an alleged Islamophobic attack at Valley Fair Mall in West Valley City, in the US state of Utah.
Police say the suspect admitted targeting the victim because he was Muslim and told investigators he intended to kill Muslims. Bystanders restrained him until officers arrived.
The accused has been charged with attempted murder and weapons offences, with the attack being investigated as a religion-motivated hate crime.
A Muslim kiosk worker was stabbed multiple times by a white man in a mall in Utah.
When the man was arrested, he told police he wanted to kill Muslims.
Elon Musk, movies like Citizen Vigilante and the Trump administration have normalised this.

You probably didn't hear about this, no COBRA meeting. A bomb threat to a school with 450 Muslim children. The media didn't think it was worth making national. Children stood outside while police checked for explosives. Police have logged it as harassment!
⚠️ Muslim worker stabbed 15 times in Utah over his religion!
A Muslim kiosk worker in Utah, United States was stabbed more than 15 times by a man who later told police he attacked him “because of his religion.”
Heroic bystanders tackled the attacker, pinned him down, and wrestled the knife from his hand until police arrived.
The incident took place inside the Valley Fair Mall in Utah's West Valley City on Monday.
The suspect, Peter Michael Larsen, said "he had targeted the victim with intent to kill him because of his religion (Muslim)", according to the police booking affidavit.
The suspect has been charged for attempted murder.
A bomb threat evacuated 450 Muslim children from their school.
Tuesday. Birmingham.
You probably didn't hear about it.
One local school. 450 Muslim children. A bomb threat.
The media didn't think it was worth making national.
An email. Their last day of term, mid awards ceremony.
Sniffer dogs through the corridors. 450 children standing outside while police checked for explosives.
Hamd House School, Bordesley Green.
The threat was also sent to Ofsted.
Police have logged it as harassment.
We log it as what it is. A bomb threat against 450 Muslim children, on their last day of school, is Islamophobia.
The proprietor says the school has been targeted before.
The Birmingham Mail covered it. Yahoo News picked it up.
No one else.
450 children. No headline.
Days earlier, 15,000 Muslims were moved off a Suffolk estate under a declared major incident.
A far-right terror plot against a religious gathering.
Twelve arrests. Three men held on suspicion of conspiracy to murder.
The Home Secretary said the police response saved lives.
That one did make the news. For a day.
Try to find it now. It's not on the BBC homepage.
Two months ago, a bomb hoax evacuated a Peter Kay gig at Birmingham's Utilita Arena. Same police force. No target, no children, a comedy show.
The BBC, LBC and Yahoo all had it up within hours. National headline news.
450 Muslim children evacuated from their own school. Not one national outlet touched it.
Rajab, who worships at Al Madinah Masjid in Norwich, was there for Suffolk. He told the BBC: "I'm not scared, I'm not worried because that's a normal thing. It's a thing we face on a daily basis."
A father telling his community that surviving a terror plot is just Tuesday.
You had to search "Suffolk terror event" just to confirm it still existed.
And the state?
Two days before the school threat, the government announced £250 million to police antisemitism. Three years. Hundreds of new officers.
That threat is real. That protection is right. We would not take a penny of it away.
Our number: £40 million.
£10 a head, against £105.
And ours came with a written condition. Don't "undermine" the government, or lose it.
One community gets protection.
Ours gets a leash. And a bomb threat on the last day of school.
No COBRA meeting.
No hate crime action plan.
No headline.
450 children went home early on their last day because someone threatened to blow them up.
You had to come here to find out.
We are not asking for less protection for anyone.
We are asking for the same protection to keep our communities safe.
So no father has to explain to his child why they went home early on the last day of school, instead of walking out with an award and a smile.

This is your legacy on the occupied Palestinian territory, Prime Minister @Keir_Starmer. History will remember your complicity.
Despite a partial arms suspension in 2024, Keir Starmer's government has continued to enable Israel's atrocities against Palestinians, their families and children through the supply of F-35 fighter jet parts.
Nothing can change the horrors Palestinians have faced. But the next Prime Minister has an opportunity to put an end to the UK Government's role as an ally to atrocities.
The UK Government must:
🔴 Suspend all arms sales to Israel
🔴 Suspend the UK-Israel trade and partnership agreement
🔴 Ban trade with illegal Israeli settlements
To the next Prime Minister: what will your plaque say?
Basque goalkeeper and Spain international Unai Simón spoke about Athletic Club's tribute to Palestine and how LaLiga censored it.

SNEAKO was left SURPRISED after Dan Bilzerian revealed that countries with the highest rates of prostitution and theft are predominantly Christian. 😳😲
"The top 10 countries with the highest rates of prostitution and theft are all Christian. They want to tell us that we have this 'big Muslim' problem. I just don't see it. The statistics don't show it..."
"I saw the arrogance in the eyes of those Israeli settlers."
US Congressman Ro Khanna was detained for 90 minutes in the West Bank by Israeli settlers and the IDF last Wednesday.

One-and-a-half-year-old Essam Al-Nabih weighs only 5 kilograms and suffers from severe malnutrition and hydrocephalus (fluid buildup in the brain), which required the insertion of a shunt to drain excess fluid. He was born during the war at a normal weight, but his mother’s malnutrition and inability to breastfeed led to a drastic deterioration in his condition. Despite receiving a medical referral for treatment outside Gaza, he remains trapped due to the closure of border crossings. His family says doctors have informed them that his chances of survival have become extremely slim.
