Google Translate officially came up short this month in USA.
A group of medical practitioners, researching the common practice of using it to translate patient discharge instructions(!), found that Google Translate was “not ready for prime-time use in the emergency department”.

A guy wanted a cool tattoo saying "ride hard, die free”. So he chose Mandarin. But beware! It really states the nonsense: “be driven hard casting no cost”. Because each of the words in English have many meanings, so Google Translate could only randomly guess.
