@robjonesy91 This team more than capable of staying up. Was it a risk to not add 1 or 2 In case of injury? Yes!!but would that hamstring us in January if we are (I hope) in a position to strengthen for a push for top 10 or top 8. Why add for the sake of it. Look where it’s got us before.

@robjonesy91 There’s a few sensible opinions like this going round. BBM had targets of course. Maybe those higher calibre turned us down because we’re seen as a risk rather than poor negotiating. People forget we were league 1 last year. We shouldn’t have been but we were.

@StevieGFX It’s a risk. But if we get to January without injury. We maybe add quality then and get targets if our league position is good. If we’ve got injuries and we need players we have to accept who is available and sign dross to just keep a float.

Maybe we’re seen as a “risk” by those high calibre players we wanted and BBM doesn’t want to accept mediocre signings. We should’ve added, we haven’t.
