@Our_DA a strong message to send out to all and sundry would be to forgo all ministerial perks, VIP protection, cars, housing, free electricity etc. That would be a HUGE statement to make against the bloated, expensive, cabinet. Just a thought.

Went into #MTN Fourways Mall to switch from a monthly contract to pre-paid. I was told it cannot be done in store and must be done via the call centre. When asking why it couldn't be done instore, I was told because they try and make it as difficult as possible to switch. Wow!

@BuildersWH_SA I did an online purchase on the 30th of Nov and still no delivery. Called the call centre, emailed, sent a complaint on the website, went to a branch - nothing! Promises to call back never happen! Unbelievably bad experience & ensures I'll never shop with you again

#eskom how is it even possible to have an account that is almost double the normal monthly amount when I have been loadshed for many many hours, been without electricity for many days due to faulty substation, and that I am using gas for cooking and heating!
