@TUIUK I don���t think you’ve got this we’ve been back a week raised the complaint and it’s been closed with no contact. 28 days when we had to pay ourselves to move after @TUIUK thought it appropriate for us to stay in the conditions highlighted and have done nothing.

@TUIUK is it acceptable to close a complaint expecting customers to spend a week in a villa infested with cockroaches. No answer on phone, no replies to emails once home. Utterly deplorable customer service. Had to arrange our own alternative accommodation. No offer to resolve

Can everyone please share my previous post please. @TUIUK have closed out complaint with zero compensation and zero correspondence. 2k holiday and £300 for alternative accommodation. Trip advisor reviews not permitted. Neighbours informed us this has been a long standing issue.
