@nswirrigators @MurrayWatt The ‘Environment’ is everything; Land, Rivers, Sea, Sky, Galaxy and Universe, including all our activities. All life forms have impact, some more than others. We (humans) must stop seeing ourselves as seperate or behave like ‘gods’. Inclusion leads to better policy.

I am really trying to be a loyal Qantas customer. A recent experience trying to upgrade from London to Sydney left me very disappointed. I was provide poor advice, costing me $1,224 more, with no upgrade. Many many attempts to resolve denied now this. #Qantas
