@BethanyAllenEbr Interesting to see your post. After Covid I also had severe dry eye that got so severe it caused cornea erosion. It’s taken me about a year (& great docs) to get them stable - apparently often connected to an autoimmune response like Sjogren’s disease. Wish you a speedy recovery
