On a Whistler ski holiday with nothing but carry on and clothes on our back coz @Qantas left All 4 bags in Melbourne. But it's the passengers #alanjoyce 🤡🤡
Couldn't even notify passengers in YVR that bags didn't make it. Woeful #Qantas #baggagedelays where's our gear?
