I feel completely robbed by @NFL @Giants @NFLExtraPoints. My NFL Extra Points Giants credit card was sold from @Barclays to @askcomenity and they changed the point value of my rewards points without notice to 50% value. Truly shocked. So deceitful.

@NFLExtraPoints I am extremely upset that my rewards points from Barclays (which I was assured would fully transfer over) are now worth 50% the value. I feel tricked. Yes, I have the same amount of points. But now their redemption is worth half as much????

@NFLExtraPoints I would really like for someone to review this. I’d like my previous points doubled so they have the same value as they did. I understand the rules moving forward. But it’s very important to me that I was not cheated out of my point value that moved over.

@NFLExtraPoints But you’re still not addressing my concern. On April 23rd my points were valued at X. Now, you’ve abitrarily decided that my point are worth is X/2. It’s just not fair. It’s not ethical. It should have been clearly stated in advance and it wasn’t.
