People were amazed that Rails World sold out in 30 minutes, but I'm quite sure it would have sold out in less than 10 minutes if people hadn't been able to hold on to tickets for 10 minutes before abandoning checkout and releasing those to people who actually went on to buy.

What are your favorite questions or reflection prompts?
Some examples:
- Imagine you hire a highly competent person to be CEO of your life tomorrow, what’s the first thing they would change?
- From @BarrettABrooks: Imagine a person who sparks jealousy or envy. What does this person have that I want but haven’t yet admitted to myself?Or what do I feel embarrassment about that is reflected in this person?
- Assume that more than one path exists to achieve your ideal life. What would some of the alternative routes look like?
What would you add?
