@OasisArchives@oasis@liamgallagher@NoelGallagher Nobody does queuing better than the British, in fact I think we invented it. If it was an Olympic sport we would be world champions and even record holders of it, queuing. I bet not a single complaint of mermer was uttered about how long it took to queue, either. World class!
@DlRTYSHlRT I wonder if that guy is still alive and has since seen the clip and realised who he was talking to ๐ TBF WTSMG was the record that made them international superstars and I think it hadn't been out long. Their legend grew over the years 95-96
@liamgallagher Liam will you go and buy a decent collar for walking Buttons? I hate those neck collars why don't you get hair a harness, they look more comfortable, no?
@angiesliverpool@AlexCrawfordSky@antonioguterres People in power are funding it! Both the British and American governments, it's a military operation and people in politics know this, hence why they all went missing during that recent vote in Westminster.
@RedAnachronism@LivEchoLFC Not true, Fowler was the Kops golden boy, the hard core never accepted Michael as in their eyes it would have been deemed as abandoning Robbie. Liverpool fans are supper loyal especially with a kid from krockie! The United move just then allowed them to double down on him.
@OasisMania@liamgallagher@NoelGallagher@richardashcroft Richard himself tells it differently, that the idea came from Brian Cannon to dedicate the song not Noel but a myth has now grown up around it and Noel's not going to say, actually it was Brain who told me to do it. The Verve needed the leg up at the time too.
@TheMonologist Try asking one of these modern celebrities to tell you a story like this, if it not a political statement they haven't a clue what to say. We don't have any stars left anymore they faded away in the 80s and 90s
@JoshTaffyLewis@Jock4twenty@Ssnyder1835@FrankMillerInk@DCOfficial A great comic panel or pin up puts a movie action sequence to shame as it's able to convey a sense of action that film just can't capture. It inspired the mind to dream and thus create even more possibilities. That's why a good comic, drawn well is more entertaining than a film.
@JoshTaffyLewis@Jock4twenty@Ssnyder1835@FrankMillerInk@DCOfficial It must be as it's terrible. He peaked in the early 90s with Sin City but he's lived off his reputation gained in the 80s & 90s. Out with that he's done nothing and his artwork is a disgrace to the medium and all those artists WHO DO put in the work on layout and panel designs.
@msj_photo True, Liam and the Red Scooter says it all really. Always draws the eye, even more than the Rolls Royce. Definitely an iconic album cover ๐ Did you ever take any shots with different camera lenses, for effects purposes?
@msj_photo Oh excellent, I asked as (the band) were adamant that the reason for it being used on the stage set of their 97 tour was because it was on the album cover but when you checked, it was never there lol Mystery solved. Thank you, and the typeface, any ideas why they never bothered?
