Grain 4 Lab is a new research project looking to create compostable bioplastics for use in labs using the waste from Irish breweries and distilleries.

The students and their parents were also treated to a talk by Dr. Jennifer Gaughran of @DCUPhysics who gave them an insight into the @grain_lab project and the interdisciplinary collaborative research she works on to address the issue of plastic waste in the world today (2/5)
