POWERFUL HEALING PRAYER ATTRIBUTED TO SAINT PADRE PIO
Heavenly Father, I thank You for loving me. I thank You for sending Your Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, to the world to save and to set me free. I trust in Your power and grace that sustain and restore me.
Loving Father, touch me now with Your healing hands, for I believe that Your will is for me to be well in mind, body, soul and spirit. Cover me with the most precious blood of Your Son, our Lord, Jesus Christ from the top of my head to the soles of my feet.
Cast out anything that should not be in me. Root out any unhealthy and abnormal cells. Open any blocked arteries or veins and rebuild and replenish any damaged areas. Remove all inflammation and cleanse any infection by the power of Jesus’ precious blood.
Let the fire of Your healing love pass through my entire body to heal and make new any diseased areas so that my body will function the way You created it to function. Touch also my mind and my emotion, even the deepest recesses of my heart.
Saturate my entire being with Your presence, love, joy and peace and draw me ever closer to You every moment of my life. And Father, fill me with Your Holy Spirit and empower me to do Your works so that my life will bring glory and honour to Your holy name.
I ask this in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Amen.
Lord God, I give you my scattered mind, my turbulent heart and my tired body.
I give you my fears,my sickness and my loved ones.
I give you my sin, my anger and my darkness.
I give you my love, my joy and my good works.
I give it all to you because you are the source of the goodness in me and the only one who can heal the rest.

Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle.
Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray.
And do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host,
by the power of God,
thrust into hell Satan, and all the evil spirits,
who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls.
Amen🛐
@CoffinMedia This mother's prayers are worthless. The more I pray, the worse things get - and it has been way more than 17 years. I know I am not as holy as St. Monica, but my son died as an avowed atheist. I can't begin to tell you about my other offspring. :'(
𝐀𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐏𝐀𝐃𝐎𝐍: 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐂𝐇𝐔𝐑𝐂𝐇’𝐒 𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐆𝐈𝐅𝐓 𝐎𝐅 𝐌𝐄𝐑𝐂𝐘🇻🇦
When a Catholic is near death, the Church does not leave him alone. She surrounds him with prayer, the Sacraments, and one final, powerful gift: 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐀𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐎𝐍.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐨𝐧?
The Apostolic Pardon (also called the Apostolic Blessing at the hour of death) is a special grace given by a priest, usually during the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick.
Through it, the Church grants a plenary indulgence at the moment of death.
That means:
• The complete remission of all temporal punishment due to sin
• The soul, if properly disposed, is freed from the need for purification in Purgatory
It is one of the most beautiful expressions of the Church’s mercy:
to prepare the soul to meet God fully purified.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐚𝐲?
The priest prays with the authority entrusted by Christ to the Church:
“𝘽𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙪𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙬𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘼𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙘 𝙎𝙚𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙨 𝙜𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙢𝙚, 𝙄 𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖 𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙣𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙁𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝙤𝙣, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙃𝙤𝙡𝙮 𝙎𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙩.”
This is not his personal prayer.
It is the voice of the Church herself, acting with the authority of Christ.
𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭?
At the moment of death, the soul stands on the threshold of eternity.
Even forgiven sins can leave behind temporal consequences, what the Church calls temporal punishment. This is what is ordinarily purified in Purgatory.
The Apostolic Pardon:
• Removes this entirely, if the person is rightly disposed
• Strengthens the soul with peace and confidence
• Helps the person die in hope, not fear
It is the Church saying to her child:
“Go to the Lord, cleansed and ready.”
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐔𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐲: 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐭
One of the most important acts of love you can do for a dying Catholic is this:
Call a priest immediately.
Do not wait until the last breath.
Do not assume there is still time.
The Apostolic Pardon is not automatic.
It is given through the ministry of the priest, and it must be requested or at least made possible by calling him.
A priest can bring:
• Confession (if the person is able)
• Anointing of the Sick
• Holy Communion (Viaticum)
• And the Apostolic Pardon
To delay calling a priest is to risk depriving your loved one of these final graces.
This is not about fear.
It is about love, responsibility, and faith.
If you truly love the person, you will not hesitate.
You will act.
𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐬
The Apostolic Pardon flows from the authority given by Christ to His Church:
• In Gospel of Matthew 16:19, Jesus gives Peter the keys:
“Whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven…”
• In Gospel of John 20:23, He entrusts the forgiveness of sins to the Apostles.
From this authority comes the Church’s power to grant indulgences, applying the merits of Christ and the saints.
The Church teaches this clearly in the Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC 1471–1479):
• An indulgence is the remission of temporal punishment due to sins already forgiven
• ł mmm c Pardon reveals something profound:
The Church is not only concerned with how we live, but with how we die.
And in that final moment, your role matters too.
Do not wait. Call a priest. Ask for the Apostolic Pardon.
Because love does not delay
when eternity is at stake.
I don't know who might need this long prayer. But if you are at the point that, you are utterly confused and exhausted , and don't know what to say or pray again,
Shall we pray with one heart and with faith , now?
Dear God,
If my lips doesn't know how or what to ask for, please hear my heart🥹 . I've reached to the point where my words feels too small for what's happening inside me. I don't even know how to frame my needs anymore. I don't know what the right prayer sounds like. I don't know what to ask You to fix, to change or to take away.
All I know is that something in me is tired. I've prayed before with clarity. I've prayed before with confidence. But right now, my thoughts are scattered, and my emotions don't line up neatly with sentences. So, I'm coming to You without a script, without answers, without pretending I understand what You're doing.
God, You see what I can't explain, You see the weight I carry quietly, the worries, I don't talk about, the questions I avoid asking out loud, because I am afraid of what the answer might be. I don't know whether I need rest or strength. I don't know whether I need patience or courage. I don't know whether I should hold on or let go.
But You know.
You know the places in me that feels overwhelmed. You know the fears I tried to suppress with faith language. You know the moments, I smiled on the outside, but feel uncertain on the inside. So, if my lips doesn't know what to ask for, please read what's happening in my heart.
God, I don't want to pray the 'right ' prayer, I want, to pray the honest one .i don't want to impress You with words, I want to sit with You in truth. If I am asking for relief when You're teaching me endurance, help me to trust in You.
If I am asking for answers, when You're inviting me to walk by faith, give me peace. If I am holding on to something that You're asking me to surrender, give me the courage, to lose my grip. I don't want my will over Yours, even when Yours feels confusing, even when Yours feels slow, even when Yours feels uncomfortable.
God, I admit this humbly, I don't see the whole picture, I see moments, I see emotions, I see fragments, but You see the beginning, the middle and the end, all at once.
So, if my prayers are incomplete, if my requests are misaligned, if my words fall short, please interpret them with mercy. Take what I'm trying to say, and shape it into what I actually need.
When I am anxious, calm me.
When I am numb, awaken me.
When I am discouraged, strengthen me.
When I am afraid , remind me that You are near..
God, I don't want to rush You. I don't want to force outcomes. I don't want to demand clarity, before obedience. Teach me how to trust You, even when my prayers feel unfinished.
Teach me how to rest, even when my mind, keeps racing. Teach me how to wait without resentment. Teach me how to believe that silence is not absence. If I've been carrying burdens, You never asked me to carry, take them from me. If I've been trying to control what, only You can handle, help me release it.
If I've been measuring Your faithfulness by my circumstances, correct my vision,
I believe You are present, even when I don't feel You. I believe You're working, even when sometimes, it feels unfinished.
I'm coming with total surrender, so hear my heart, because I am tired, and, until I found my words again, untill my prayers makes sense again, until clarity comes I place myself and my trust in Your hand.
Let Your will be done, Yours, not mine!!
Amen
Father,
I fix my eyes on you, the source and reason for my Hope.
The moment my focus shifts to my circumstances, I begin to sink.
You are the Truth that towers over all things; help me lock my eyes on you and press forward with Hope.
I am yours.
You are mine.
Nothing else matters.
Amen

Pregnancy is the one condition that makes autonomy impossible. It binds one life to another. It requires sacrifice, submission to the needs of another life that isn’t ours. And so it must be destroyed exactly because it exposes the lie that lives in the heart of absolute autonomy.
If you take a second to notice you will see that the arguments for abortion rarely rely on biology anymore. we know now more than ever, that a child in the womb is a living, developing human organism. This knowledge is of extreme inconvenience, so it’s been ignored, instead the argument now shifts and is focused solely on authority: who has the right to decide? And in the religion of autonomy the answer is always the same.
Me.
The autonomous decide, and the dependents now must justify their existence, and the right to their own lives. To be bound and dependent on another is now treated as a form of violation. Responsibility is harm. Sacrifice is a loss of freedom. All the things that gave our lives meaning beyond the hedonistic pursuit of self, are labeled as moral evils.
A woman that depends on her husband is an idiot.
A fetus that depends on the mother that does not want it is a burden.
A child that depends on its mother and father is an inconvenience to the pursuit of self
On and on…
In this framework obligation and dependency are now moral intolerances. To be bound to another without making the choice is treated as a violent moral offense.
And abortion fits perfectly into this hellish landscape. Notice how abortion is not framed or treated as an act of mercy, instead it is an assertion of authority. The right that is being protected is not compassion, it is control, and power, even at the expense of the life of another human being.
And this is why, abortion is not only permitted, but it is celebrated. It is hailed as the greatest achievement in the life of the modern woman, it is the core issue for millions of women, it is a true cry of freedom, the liberation that all oppressed women so deeply desired and needed.
Abortion must be declared good precisely because it feels wrong at a deeper level than any argument. It violates every single intuition we all have, and so we must be told on and on, forced into believing, forced to accept that abortion is good.
Love can be abandoned.
Love can be betrayed.
Love can be ripped to pieces & nailed to the cross.
But Love is never defeated, because it is eternal.
Love rises & rises again.

Remember THIS the next time you approach a Catholic priest ⤵
A priest is not married and will not have a family of his own.
No wife. No children.
His family is the people he serves.
He is a spiritual father, called to give his life to the Eucharist, the confessional, the sick, the dying, and all who come seeking God’s help. And that calling does not turn off at the end of the day. It follows him everywhere.
Most priests serve a parish only for a limited time, often five to seven years, before being reassigned. Just as they begin to feel at home, they are asked to go again.
They depend heavily on volunteers, staff, and the lay faithful. They cannot always be available, even when they deeply wish to be. Many carry responsibilities that few people ever see.
When you give to the Church, that money is not a personal salary for the priest. Priests receive modest stipends to cover basic needs like food, clothing, and travel.
They do not receive paid leave. Time away is often rare and must be saved slowly or supported by the generosity of others.
While many of us have set hours and days off, priests are expected to be available day and night. A call can come at any moment. Please remember they are human too, with limits, fatigue, and frailty.
If you hear someone speaking badly about a priest, do not join in gossip. Correct it if you can, or step away from it.
Most priests carry their burdens quietly. Many walk through struggles they never speak about. They need friendship, encouragement, and care for their emotional, physical, and mental well being just like anyone else.
Imagine being called out at two or three in the morning to bring the sacraments in a dangerous area… and then still being expected to celebrate Mass just hours later.
When priests are sick or face emergencies of their own, there is often no one to replace them. Yet they continue, because souls have been entrusted to them.
Remember their birthdays and ordination anniversaries. A small gesture can mean more than you realize.
Pray for them. Speak kindly to them. Be a support.
If they stumble, do not rush to judge. Lift them up. No priest is perfect, but many are giving everything they have.
Take care of your priests.
Remember those who baptized you, absolved you, married you, anointed you, and offered Mass for your intentions.
May God bless and protect His priests through Jesus Christ, our Eternal High Priest. Amen.
💬 Do you think Catholics today take priests for granted??

-The Flame of Love.
Never treat lightly the people God has trusted you with. Relationships are not random; they are assignments filled with purpose. The person beside you carries dreams, battles, and potential that God may have placed you there to help nurture. Instead of focusing on their weaknesses, choose to invest in their strengths. Speak life into their future. Encourage them when they doubt themselves. Stand with them when the road becomes difficult.
Great relationships are not built by perfection but by commitment, two people deciding to grow, forgive, and believe in each other every day. Refuse to let pride, offense, or small disagreements destroy something God intentionally placed in your life. What you water will grow. If you water criticism, distance will grow. If you water encouragement, unity and strength will flourish.
Become the kind of person who lifts others higher. Celebrate their progress, support their dreams, and remind them of who God created them to be. When you help someone rise, you are participating in God’s work in their life.
One day you will realize that the greatest treasures God gave you were not possessions or achievements, but the people He placed beside you. Guard them. Appreciate them. Build them. When you do, you are not only strengthening a relationship, you are honoring the divine purpose that brought you together.

Regardless of who you are, and whatever sin you have committed, as long as you are still in the flesh, it's not too late to seek forgiveness.
#JesusSaves
I ask Jesus to fill your heart with hope and joy as you read this.
Hope because He wants you in heaven more than you’ve ever wanted anything in your life.
Joy because there is no circumstance you will encounter that will separate you from His love.
You are the apple of His eye.

@BreeSolstad I didn't even get out to get ashes. I do not have transportation. I take Uber to church on Sundays (about +/- $30 round trip), but it adds up too fast to go more often on SS.
