Realised how judgemental ppl are & also People who’ve worked hard for something & doing good (unlike those who just gotten lucky) never jump in to give any advice unless explicitly asked for. This gave me a superb filter as to whose words should be valued.

I’ve had a rough patch at 22-23ish. All that was needed-pat on the back & lil encouragement. Everyone around did everything else except that. Most annoying thing was jumping ryt away to give me “advices”. When I was 28-9 I realised how young 22 meant & wt hpnd was an abuse.

I’ve a return that’s getting rescheduled/cancelled from last 10 days.
Pickup guy saying this is not his area & the place where he says his hub is not even 4 km from my address. Your customer care is shit to the core. The only response I receive is to wait fr 24 hrs.

FWIW ur customer care process is dysfunctional with no coordination wat so ever. When a complaint is raised customer cannot explain issue to ur executive every time. I had to do it 10-15 tyms… 1hr each tym

@MyntraSupport Myntra doesn’t even have an option to change pickup address & your logistics can’t coordinate a pickup that’s 4 kms from their hub. Wth is this ?
