@northernassist That’s great...but where should I be requesting the refund from? Am I emailing the seasons email, the enquiries email, or calling that number?
@northernassist This is what your website says right now. Emailed the seasons address on 23.03 told I would get a response in 7 working days. This response came today. Called the number they told me to email [email protected] and wait another 56 days!
@northernassist I have a smartcard and have emailed [email protected] re a refund as per video on your website, then told to call another number. Where I spoke to two staff members who were both incredibly rude. And told me I had to send another email, not what your site says
