@twostraws@bookingcom Had a similar problem with @bookingcom, money was taken before I even got to the hotel despite the t&c's saying it's a hold only and pay at property. Support said they couldn't help despite pointing to the relevant sections. If something goes wrong - you're out of luck

@parcelforce I had a parcel that should have been delivered today. The map on tracking disappeared during the day. The driver was 2 streets over at one point. There's no other info and it never said it wasn't going to be delivered. What do I do?

@GergelyOrosz Everyone should always agree to a cheaper rate with the hotel. What I've found out recently (through losing £600 thanks to booking) is that they absolve themselves of all responsibility as the middle man so you get no extra protection booking through booking vs the hotel directly
The new HMO rules by @lambeth_council are a terrible decision and serve only as money making scheme. Changing the rules requiring a HMO license for 3+ sharers make accommodation more expensive & rarer to find. This is short sighted decision especially in the current climate.
@jlandpcustserv Hey, I contacted cs about a damaged delivery, I got a response saying it had been passed onto the Customer Resolution team and they would contact me in 3 days. It's been 8 days and no one has even after me following up with an email. What should I do?
