First, when we receive a batch of groundnuts, we send a sample of the raw material to an external accredited lab (ARS) for testing. This is done before we extract the oil, to make sure the groundnuts meet safety and quality standards.
If your olive oil doesnโt tell you where itโs from..thatโs a red flag.
