@WallStreetApes Oakland is ~24% Black. That's quite a lift for the other residents, but if the majority voted for it and nothing comes out of my pocket, have at it. It should be instructive.
On this transgender Supreme Court ruling issue, THREE FOOLISH WOMEN.
Using your own hand to undermine your own female sex from your seat of power.
Especially Justice Ketanji Brown.
If it is not clear and immovable that women are female, how can you protect women from misogyny?
@Twolfrecovery Her defenders will tell you that she's "evolved," although I'd like to know how she came to admire him to begin with and how she changed her mind.
She'll tell you this: "That framing is one that I've been very proud to be able to say I won't respond to."
Here’s a woman who was hired by Zohran Mamdani.
Let me say a few words.
You don’t have to be “pro police” for this video to make your skin crawl.
You don’t need a thin blue line.
You don’t need a badge and shield or to consider yourself a conservative.
You just have to be a human being.
In no unclear terms, and without a shred of partisanship, this behavior is abjectly despicable.
And I hope it gets a trillion reshares and fries a data center.
Because the more we call this type of conduct out, the less it becomes not only normalized, but glorified.
I speak out for rationality because this video really is the POSTER CHILD of the mob inflamed, hot blooded irrationality we are up against.
@benryanwriter@KFILE We're putting a lot of energy into these information campaigns, but the most effective way to destroy the socialists will be with mockery, not facts.
The socialists' foreign policy advisor is apparently Osama bin Laden. This is word-for-word how the Taliban justified 9/11. The DSA wants to destroy society altogether.
@almostjingo The headline warriors are RIGHT.
Since when do we allow illegal aliens (which the non-TPS Haitians now are) to apply for permanent residence? They're supposed to leave the country and apply from abroad.
Haitians on expired TPS CANNOT remain in the U.S. and apply for visas from inside the country!
🗣️ 🗣️ 🗣️
Once TPS ended they are without lawful immigration status. To pursue any new visa or adjustment of status, they MUST leave the United States and apply through standard consular processing from Haiti.
Staying unlawfully will trigger immediate removal and will create additional bars to future legal entry.
Applications from abroad are subject to STRICT eligibility review and there is NO guarantee of approval.
For Haitian applicants specifically, visa services at the U.S. Embassy in Port-au-Prince are currently PAUSED due to security conditions.
Processing for Haitian nationals has been shifted to other U.S. embassies/consulates such as Nassau, Bahamas, which adds further DELAYS and logistical challenges.
As a result, new visa applications face extended backlogs and CANNOT be processed quickly.
I used to post 5–6 times a week highlighting the types of illegal aliens ICE was arresting.
After Mullin took over, I quickly noticed a sharp drop in email notifications from DHS.
I eventually stopped sharing the few updates we still received, because it became clear that ICE is now only arresting illegal aliens after they’ve committed more serious crimes.
In effect, we have to wait for victims to be created before action is taken.
ICE is making fewer arrests.
@ViralNewsNYC@SecMullinDHS Why are they allowed to apply from within the country instead of having to leave and apply from their own or a third country?
@michaeljknowles Is it a FACT that people IN the country illegally (which the non-TPS Haitians now are) can apply for residence? They don't have to return home or go to another country and apply from there?
@ChromeRocket@shipwreckedcrew Is this accurate, though? I don't think there's a legal process for applying for residence if you are currently in the country illegally -- which the non-TPS Haitians now are. You have to return to your home country or go to another country and apply from there.
