Ekibime birkaç ay önce katılan çok çalışkan bir kız var. İş yükümü gerçekten hafifletti.

Geçen hafta benden ayda bir gün regl izni istedi. Elbette kabul ettim. Hatta hakkını araması da çok hoşuma gitti.

Dün ilk iznini kullandı. Bugün daha bir şevkle çalışıyor ve çok mutlu görünüyordu, arkadaşlarını arayıp “ben regl izni kullanıyorum” diye haber vermiş 🙂
“Kadın patronla çalışmak ne güzelmiş” dedi ve teşekkür etti, çok mutlu oldum elbette.

Bazı kadınların regl dönemleri çok ağır geçiyor. Belki farkındalık olur diye paylaşıyorum.

Maybe i am too woke but I'm actually glad birth rates are declining. Not because children are a burden, but because more people are finally realising they're not fit to be parents and that's a far kinder decision than bringing a child into a life they're not prepared for.
