@OrinKerr Thanks again for flagging the interesting cases, Orin. Can a pardon somehow vacate or depublish an existing opinion? It wasn't moot at the time it was litigated, so ....?
Supporters of the @NewCollegeofFL takeover cite the school's trajectory towards failure under the old model. And yet, despite millions more dollars, the school is getting worse. I'd rather fail while trying to do the right thing.

I subscribed to @404mediaco today because their reporting is so excellent. If you are a privacy or security expert, it's a mistake to miss their coverage. You should take a look.
@ChrisSliney@christopherrufo@SohrabAhmari That didn’t stop a kind of conspiracy scavenger hunt by hordes of influencers and gawkers from unfolding across the city. https://t.co/hFmy88Duwf
The best thing is, now you get to debate the sufficiency of evidence, rather than admit that your credulous old man believes whatever he sees on the Internet.
Such an obvious tactic, but people keep falling for it because we forget that they aren't interested in what happened.
First, make something up and then demand that other people prove that nothing like it ever happened. Then, if there is no evidence of your thing, assert that it must be a cover up. Do whatever you can to muddy the waters.
@ChrisSliney@christopherrufo@SohrabAhmari The reward incentivizes fake "proof". Making stuff up and then saying, hey Internet, I'll pay you if you can come forward with something isn't a recipe for truth finding. The responsibility is on the first guy who decides to say it.
@christopherrufo@SohrabAhmari Trump humiliated himself insisting on something patently silly & baseless because it was race-baiting, critical to his campaign. If he were able to concoct any factual basis, we would already know about it. Rufo isn't about journalism. It's $$ for a cover up of Trump's lies.
We're in the 9th Circuit today, arguing on behalf of Muslim Americans challenging unconstitutional religious questioning by CBP.
Border officers target Muslims returning home for irrelevant and intrusive questions like "Do you pray every day?" More here: https://t.co/9Z1gfv1aSh
"I like this baseless fantasy this man made up, why are you all assuming it's wrong? Let's pay someone to come up with something/anything so we switch from the embarrassing "hallucination" to "experts disagree over the (paid for post hoc) 'evidence '".
I want to know the truth. Conservatives must be careful with the facts, and not let the narrative go beyond the evidence. Right now, the assumption is that this did not occur. But, if evidence emerges, it's in the public interest to bring it forward.
