@Vangoatfarm After my horseradish has had a good wilting frost, I’ll be making it fresh. I don’t know if you’ve ever ground your own horseradish, but it’s really good. I do it outside. The fumes are no joke 😂

@GubbaHomestead We eschewed the monoculture for a meadow. Best decision ever. One mow a year - that’s it! Fireflies and butterflies galore, an ever-larger diversity of birds, insects, wildlife. It doesn’t need to be complicated, expensive, or huge, it just needs to exist.
