@AmazonHelp Been to that page, there is nothing there that helps me. The package seems lost in transit. I didn't get it and cancelled it, but you are not getting it either, so no refund is being made. Please help.

@AllstateCanada why can I not directly contact a local agent? Big loss. On hold now for 50 min. to fix a policy coverage issue that one of the "telephone agents" created. They lowered my coverage without my agreement. I paid the higher rate already and was sent a lowered policy.
