@SouthwestAir Really hope so. It's completely useless on flights. I've only flown SW the last 4-5 years but it will need to improve otherwise I will be forced to change.
I’ve loved flying @SouthwestAir for business travel for years, but the internet now works probably 10% of the time, and when it does work it’s impossible to use because of lack of speed. Can we fix the WiFi? Ever since it became free it’s become useless.
@MrAzSports Took my kids and wife to a game and tickets in outfield alone were $200. Add in parking, food and drinks and it was close to a $400-500 day. Lucky we can do that from time to time but can’t do that a lot.
@morganlinton Everyone so excited to switch over from Whoop. You get what you pay for. Have used Whoop for 6 years and find it incredibly accurate and happy to pay $350 for more accurate data.
@CraigSMorgan Fair enough. I still don’t think we’ll find an owner anytime soon. And even if we do, I’m not sure where an arena will be located. Needs to be on east side but I’m skeptical of Mesa/Tribal land.
@SouthwestAir Not on board anymore. Was flying last night. Even if it gets fixed by a FA it still isn’t the same as it was and will eventually drop again. Please go back to a paid service for higher quality WiFi for those who want to actually get work done. Might have to switch to Delta.
Hi @SouthwestAir, the free WiFi for everyone is completely useless if it doesn’t work. I used to love to pay $8 per flight to be able to work during a flight, now I can’t even sign on. Can you please provide a solution for ALP and AL passengers who want to utilize WiFi to work?
