We often get 500+ job applicants per role. Here’s my advice for how to stand out:
If you have the luxury of being choosy w/ what company you work for, then go for a top AI company (fastest growing) or a vertical SaaS focused on regulated industries (most defensible)
Tailor your resume to the role.
Change what you highlight to match the job description.
Post regularly on LI.
If you’re unemployed, post ideas on LI about your target company and share in the LI post what you’d do to help or something you’d change. Then tag them in it.
Monday health thoughts: I struggled w/ chronic pain for 5 years & still occasionally encounter issues. One thing I do to help is say 9 things to myself daily.
These help me when I doubt myself, have a flare up, or need to reframe what I’m feeling during movement.
It’s esp. helpful b/c there’s a huge mental component to pain and sensation.
The mind is so powerful; we often underrate it!
A great competitive advantage: ungate all your content, while your biggest competitor gates everything.
It’ll give you such a content advantage, & the industry will look to you more b/c of it.
Proof? We’ve had customers say they dramatically changed up how they were operating their businesses because of what they learned in our ungated benchmarking resources.
That will happen more often to more buyers when your content is ungated.

Why track all of them?
B/c a customer can sign now, go live later, & turn into revenue over time.
Booked -> CARR -> ARR & Revenue
How do you explain these concepts to an early-career individual?
