Keen to understand the @DuracellUK advertising for @Duracell Optimum with a view to switching from Procell - the UK campaign is all about spinning motors faster which is not desirable. Your website says the cell voltage is the same?

No need to investigate - the issues are clear to all. The store is badly managed, stock rotation is poor and senior staff are rude and obnoxious. #EveryLittleHelps

I get that @Tesco are all about making as much money as possible, I even understand the reason why my store opens at 7am but now there are no tills open until 8am. However, I have a problem with 3 members of staff stood near the closed checkouts playing on their mobile phones.

Very impressed with @FlyingFlowersUK - this is great customer service! Lost my mum to cancer a few years back, and it’s nice to be offered the opportunity not to be reminded of how much I miss her - there are already plenty of reminders 👍
