@WOOLWORTHS_SA I had an item missing from my dash delivery. Initially I thought I'd be able to sort it out with the driver but that doesn't seem to be the case. Are you able to assist?
@EasyEquities So we must rely on a notification that doesn't match the status page to know if we're "Thriving"? Why so cryptic. Surely it is useful to the user to know their status real time? Maybe useful to EE to have users unsure?
@EasyEquities I received a notification that I am at Thrive level 3 (for this month on 8 Nov) but when going to the Thrive page it is showing as 0. Why the disconnect?
@Marekvanwyk@CharlesHSavage@EasyEquities Yes I saw that on the kids account. I get the charge but why not just call it that? Rather than hide it in Thrive.
Last one, presumably your Thrive rating runs 1st to end month? So as long as you've hit L3 by month end you don't get charged?
@CharlesHSavage@EasyEquities it would be great to clarify whether a client making monthly contributions to a EE account is exempt from the Thrive charge?
@Marekvanwyk@CharlesHSavage@EasyEquities Thanks, that is what I understood but got that info elsewhere and it isn't clear in any of the EE docs. Is there a minimum contribution amount? Currently not adding to own EE account but to kids only so would need to redirect some funds.
