Booked a @flyspicejet flight through @goibibo .
Flight got delayed by 17+ hours with no proper communication.
Almost a month later:
❌ No refund
❌ No accountability
❌ Endless customer support loops
❌ Passed between airline & aggregator
@nammayatri ride from KR Puram to Devanahalli (625 shown). Driver later demanded 800+refused to cancel and stood there for 15+mins Customer support only offered an apology, no resolution. All this at 6:30AM non peak This isn’t isolated daily exploitation with zero accountability
